Are you or your child/adolescent struggling with life's challenges? We all deserve to feel heard and supported. I practice multiple treatment modalities with a focus on CBT and Narrative therapy. While specializing in work with clients ages 5-18, I am also available to work with adult clients. I have experience in working with those with anxiety, depression, multiple mental health diagnoses, a history of trauma, adoptive and foster families, child permanency, safety and stablization, LGBT clients and families, and provided client advocacy. I provide individual counseling, as well as family therapy sessions.
